The room was kept very clean (i really value that). reception staff were helpful. They provided clear directions and answered all my questions. the location was perfect for accessing the port. It was an easy walk with my luggage.

The lack of cutlery in the mini kitchen was a bit inconvenient. I had to request it separately.

I really liked the quick access from the airport to the hotel because of the nearby Waterfront Station! Our suite had a great layout and felt very clean. All the staff were helpful and polite. I was really charmed!

The lobby felt very bare, with limited seating available. I would have preferred a more inviting area to relax!

Our suite featured a king-size bed with fresh linens, along with a separate living space. This area included a modern sofa and a large flat-screen television. The layout was great. The room also included complimentary Nespresso coffee.

The hotel benefits from a fantastic location near many shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Waterfront Station which allows efficient travel to and from the airport. Stanley Park is within walking distance.
